What this website collects

• Your email address.
• The platform you picked, or the one your browser reported if you didn't pick.
• The page that sent you here, without any query string.
• Whether you also asked for the newsletter.

We use this to send you the build when the private beta opens, and nothing else.

• Your email address.
• Where on the site you signed up.

The newsletter and the waitlist are separate lists. Joining one doesn't sign you up for the other unless you ask.

To see which pages are useful and whether the site is fast enough, we count visits. For each page view we keep:

• The page you visited.
• The website that sent you, as a hostname only, and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
• Whether you're on a desktop, tablet or phone, and the operating system and browser family. These are worked out from what your browser reports, which is then discarded.
• Your country, worked out from your connection. Your IP address is used for that lookup and then discarded.
• How long the page was on screen, and how quickly it loaded and responded.
• A random ID that lasts only until you close the tab.

No cookies are set, and neither your IP address nor your browser's full description is stored. We only ever look at totals, never at one person's visits. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, your visit isn't counted at all.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Waitlist and newsletter sign-ups are currently stored with Supabase, and are moving to EndShields' own servers. We don't pass your details to anyone else.

This page covers the website. The desktop app works differently, and what it sends is set out in what leaves your device. A full privacy notice for the app will be published before the private beta.

Every email we send will have a link to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email security@endshields.com and we'll take care of it.

We keep waitlist and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, along with the date at the top.
